Luisa has been our night nurse many times over the past 2 weeks for my husband. During the time that he was most critically ill in the ICU it gave me great comfort to know that Luisa was caring for him when I had to leave in the evenings. She was always welcoming of the many calls I made to her in the early mornings to update me on his status. She went the extra mile in caring for him. Luisa was compassionate, empathetic, highly knowledgeable when answering my questions. The little extras she did for him were very appreciated---spa treatments, shaves, always making him more comfortable. Mu husband and I were far from home (Canada) and all the staff, not only Luisa, provided exemplary care. Thanks to all!
