Luisana Ponce, RN

Amid all the uncertainty surrounding my grandfather's health condition, Luisana has been a fundamental pillar in keeping us afloat. She has impeccable human qualities. She took my mother to see the waiting room on the second floor before my grandfather's surgery and explained the procedure and what to do in case of any doubts. She has been deeply involved in the family's concerns. Luisana went to find out how the surgery was going since we hadn't heard from him for over three hours, giving us great peace of mind. She is an excellent professional, one who realizes that she has a vocation and loves what she does, radiating unconditional love to all her patients (family members).
