I am writing to commend Mr. Lukas Milby for the exceptional care and service he provided for my mother. Without a doubt, he is a true professional who is not only skilled but also knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. Under his care, my mother and I felt safe and secure whenever he was around. Since being admitted, I have been staying with my Mom in the room. Lukas constantly asked if I needed anything, making sure I was comfortable as possible. Whenever I see excellent customer service, I am compelled to acknowledge it. Lukas is an exceptional nurse and is definitely an asset to the Penn Medicine team. I wanted to make sure that he is/was recognized for his hard work and pleasant mannerisms. It did not go unnoticed, as Mom and I are very appreciative. Lukas is a valuable member of the Nursing team here at Penn Medicine. Kudos and many thanks for his commitment to helping my Mom and me feel better as we handle her medical journey.
