Lukas was an empathetic and caring nurse. He is an exemplary young man and professional. I've seen him in action. I'm a fellow colleague.

My mother fell at her nursing home and had head injuries. Due to COVID-19, I was unable to be with her. She needed x-rays and stitches. She also has dementia and was very upset and confused. Lukas spent a lot of time with her to calm her and even called with updates on her condition, then called me with discharge conditions and instructions. Lukas made a tough time better for her and I appreciate that so much.
