Luke was compassionate and caring from the onset. He noticed I was an "ostomy" and made sure all of my needs were met with dignity and minimal disruption. I really appreciated the way Dr. T and Luke worked as a "care" team- sharing information, relaying facts, and explaining options to provide a unique solution to my complicated case.
