Ever since Lura took over as director, we have seen an amazing improvement in overall unit morale. Lura has brought the team together and truly made us feel listened to. Her sacrifices and time put into bettering the unit have been noticeable to all. She supports us as staff and people. We are so appreciative of all she does, not just for staff but also for the overall well-being of the patients.
