Lusan Gautam, RN

I had my labor induced with baby number three late morning. My progress was very slow throughout the day. When Lusan came on for the night shift, she was energized and determined to help me deliver my girl! She immediately assessed the rate of my Pitocin and adjusted accordingly. She had me repositioned frequently to help move the baby. Her skills were obvious, and her approach was spot on. I was exhausted and ready to meet my little girl. She pushed me just enough and was so encouraging.

Once things started rolling it all happened very quickly! All her interventions helped progress my labor, and we are so thankful for her knowledge and expertise. Lusan remained calm and advocated for us beautifully. She acted as a photographer and took pictures of things we might have missed. (Like the stats on the warmer.) Lusan smiled the entire time. She was an absolute gem, and we are so thankful to her for making our experience such a positive one.
