Our experience has been wonderful, at least as great as a visit to the hospital with a 9-month-old infant can be. We'd like to recognize Lydia for being absolutely wonderful from the moment we were moved into our room. She was attentive, very thorough in her explanations and had incredible bedside manner with our daughter. More importantly, she made us feel at ease and kept us up to date on our daughter's condition in a way that was easy to comprehend. We don't have any plans to visit again soon but we are more than confident in the services we received under Carroll Hospital Care.
