The DAISY Award's origin describes our Lydia. Lydia shows love in everything she does. Her energy motivates and inspires me. She acts as if she is never too busy to help others. I watch her go all day and never stop. The reality is she is super busy. She makes holidays and birthdays special. She creates morale boosters to brighten our day. She values people. She brings joy and love to work and shares them generously. She sets an example for me to aspire to.
