Mrs. Lyla took her time to make sure I knew everything she was doing to me. She made sure I was comfortable and that I understood it all. She always came into my room with a smile on her face. I felt very safe with her. If I needed anything she made sure I got it. When my family was around she would answer their questions if they had any. I appreciate her with lots of respect and if I had to stay again on the 4th floor I would want her to take care of me. She was so sweet and I never once heard her complain.
