Lyn volunteered to work extra for a short shift. During her shift, a patient well-known to 4C, was transferred to the PICU. After Lyn's shift ended at 3, she went to the PICU waiting room and sat with the patient's grandmother, who was scared and alone. Lyn stayed with her for nearly 3 hours after her shift had ended, comforting her and made sure she had all she needed. Lyn has such a sweet, caring spirit and always places her patients and patient's families needs above hers. I am so thankful to have her as a teammate on 4C.
