I have been a nurse for many years and prior to becoming a nurse, I would see different hospitals and support staff roles. Having that experience, I can truly say I have never seen a CNO care about and work so hard for the nursing staff. She is always available whether it's a text or a phone call, or even in person. I have never seen anyone work as hard as she does to get our floor staffed and I am sure she does it for all the departments she is over. Lyn is an asset to this hospital, and I am very thankful for all she does. She is a great leader and even more so during this pandemic.
