As a charge nurse of a department with different nationalities and different ages, she needs patience and understanding. Miss Lyn is exceptional and she is a good role model. She protects her staff and makes sure that everything is fair and she is considerate to each and everyone by the hospital policy. Ob-gyn clinic is a very stressful department, every day is a challenge, especially with the high patient census, there are staff who are not experts in the tasks and new staff, and also a lot of complaints from the other staff and patients as well, but she can address it very well and professionally. I really commend how she can still be enthusiastic under pressure. She is a DAISY Nurse and a good role model.
