ALL of our nurses/lactation consultants/caregivers were amazing, and we're thankful for all of their care, particularly after our son ended up in the NICU.
In particular, Lyn cared for us through some hard nighttime hours, and she was incredible: warm, kind, caring, efficient, professional, detailed, and knowledgeable. We were so happy to have her and to see her back again on shift in the evenings, and we slept better knowing that she was on call. We can't imagine getting better care than we received from all of you, and her in particular. Thank you, Lyn, you're the best!!!!

After a long and tiring delivery of my baby, I was losing more than usual blood and was very weak with internal bleeding of the uterus. I did not have the energy to move nor care for my baby. Lyn was my postpartum nurse. She was gentle and friendly to start with, but I appreciated her patience and how she responded to my questions, needs, and concerns. She was assured that she will always be here to care for me ending each sentence with "if you need me for anything please call me". This helped with my recovery knowing that I was in good hands. She was super patient with my situation even if I needed help to the restroom or while I was bedridden. She was like my own mother giving me the care I needed. Especially in hard times like these when visitors are limited, the love and care were really helpful. She always came into my room with a smile on her face and never raised her voice regardless of what I had to ask her for. She was gentle when checking in on me, and was giving the same respect and treatment to my husband who was in the room with me. She would inform me ahead of what she was checking so I had the chance to prepare myself through the painful procedure.
She is dedicated and has a lot of patience. I would trust her with the care of my baby or any other family members. I am grateful for her service, care, and commitment which helped me recover and helped me focus on getting better.
