Lynda was my mother's admitting nurse prior to her out-patient surgery today. She was extremely informative and was very detailed to as what she was doing and why, so my mother could understand her. Working in the medical field, medical terminology could be quite difficult and confusing to understand, but Lynda went well above standards. My mother forgot her eyeglasses' case and Lynda went and took the time to search for something to protect them for her. Although she didn't have to, she did and this is why I mention this simple gesture put my mom at ease prior to surgery. Just what a patient needs. This is why I thank you, Kaiser, for having her taking care of your patients.
