Lynda Mathers-Rhodes, RN

Lynda is a great leader for our Resource Team. She has endless knowledge and always makes her presence on the units to check in on us (her staff) during our shift. I recently applied for our clinical advancement program, and she helped me figure out goals and encouraged me throughout the process to achieve submission by the deadline. Her caring and compassionate personality is contagious. I have received many letters of thanks from her. I've been told about shout-outs from other staff members on different units as they occur, which is so encouraging to hear since we can easily miss out on hearing those being in the Resource Team. It may not always make it back to us, but Lynda follows through with encouraging, deserving shout-outs. Thank you for all you do, Lynda!! You're a great leader!
