Lyndsey Conway 2, BSN, RN, CCRN
I would like to recognize Lindsay Conway for her truly exceptional care that went far beyond her duties as a nurse. From the very beginning, Lyndsey’s energy, presence, and dedication stood out.
Our little one was extremely sick during this hospitalization—sicker than ever before—and was admitted for over two months. Throughout that entire time, Lindsay consistently provided not only excellent medical care, but extraordinary personal care as well.
What made Lyndsey’s care so special was the way she treated her as a whole person, not just a patient. Beyond the daily nursing routine, she held her, played music for her, and made sure the things that bring her comfort were prioritized alongside her medical needs.
Our little one is deaf and deeply loves to feel the vibrations from her mini speaker. Lyndsey understood how important this was to her and made it part of her care, which had a profound impact on her well-being.
The extra attention, compassion, and thoughtfulness Lyndsey showed truly made a difference in our little one's recovery.
After more than two months, she is finally being discharged tomorrow, and I genuinely believe that the exceptional care she received from nurses like Lyndsey played a major role in that outcome.
To us, Lyndsey Conway is truly the GOAT of the floor.
