Lyndsey truly cared; not only about my diagnosis but teaching me how to be independent in how I treat it and the education to understand how to help myself control my blood glucose.  She was patient and persistent in making sure I felt confident in caring for my diabetes.

No matter how big or small, how important or unimportant the request might be… the result was a beautiful smile, a wonderful laugh, and a willingness to make sure the patient was totally taken care of.  I have never been taken care of like that before.
