I came into the emergency room with chest pains. I was admitted and moved to a room on 2 West, this is when I had the pleasure of meeting Lynessa as my nurse. From the start she was so accommodating; she patiently explained my care plan. When my machines kept going off, she came in each time with such patience and a genuine smile. She was not only concerned about me but my family as well.
Lynessa was attentive to my every need. She offered help with things I might need before I had that need. Her knowledge of my health issues put me at ease. Lynessa was able to explain each procedure with clarity and simplicity and that alleviated my stress. I truly appreciate her kindness and cheerful attitude. Lynessa made my stay at the hospital as stress-free as possible. Stafford Hospital is a better hospital because of Lynessa's joy, patience, and skillful delivery of patient services.
