During the COVID crisis, Nurse Lynette Salerno went above and beyond assisting in decompressing the Emergency Department of the most critical patients. She worked tirelessly for five weeks, often without time off, to assist her teammates to provide the highest level of care to the patients holding in the Catheterization Lab. Lynette's personality and high energy and knowledgeable skill level were needed during this very stressful time period. She is seen by her peers as a well-seasoned leader who is able to prioritize the level of care her patients need as well as ensuring her teammate's needs are met as well. Lynette is a valued member and leader within this organization.
