After arriving in the PACU, it was realized that a patient would need a home oxygen tank set up prior to being discharged. Unable to contact Care Management, Lynn immediately called the patient's insurance company, physician's office and Equipped for Life to make arrangements for the oxygen to be ready for when the patient arrived home. Lynn worked diligently throughout her entire shift to ensure that the patient was prepared after discharge. Thank You Lynn!
