Lynn is an expert NICU nurse who provides exceptional patient and family centered care in a thoughtful manner. In addition to her clinical expertise, she is also skilled as a resource nurse and preceptor. Her manner is calm, thorough and highly competent. She does her job brilliantly while remaining completely under the radar, considering her work to be its own reward. Lynn is committed to continued learning and professional growth. She joined the breastfeeding resource team at its inception and assumed an informal leadership role. Last year, Lynn also obtained her Neonatal Intensive Care certification.
