Lynn DiNorcio was nominated by the mother of a young child who had been under Lynn's care in the PICU. The mother was so impressed with Lynn's care that she contacted the DAISY Foundation to find out how to nominate Lynn. The mother writes,
"Lynn took abundant care of my son after his accident. She was compassionate, caring and knowledgeable to say the least. I will never forget the care and respect she showed him in his final days. I believe she does God's work by caring for the sickest of babies and holding the hands of hurting parents."
