Lynn Iturra is an exemplary nurse in the SICU. She has earned trust and respect from all her fellow co-workers for her commitment and consistency providing the best care for all her patients, as well as other patients and family members that she sees in need. She maintains a positive attitude and collaborative work with all members of the team. She is always caring, empathetic and understanding with all her patients and family members regardless the circumstances.

Lynn always has a smile and motivates her peers to do better by mentoring and caring for them when they need help or teach them a new skill or review any skills that they have forgotten to do without judging or making them feel uncomfortable. She is committed to her work and making sure her peers get the help they need. She is like the motherly figure to many of her co-workers. Lynn always puts her patient's needs first and will do what it takes to help her patients to cope with the stress and changes they all go through when having their love ones in a critical stage of their illness or traumatic injuries. I'm glad to have Lynn in our team.
