February 6 was my 11-year old daughter’s birthday. My ex-wife would not allow me to speak with her and therefore I was very upset. I was admitted to UCLA for depression, suicidal tendencies and alcohol abuse amongst other things. I met Lynn, my nurse, and she suggested I get a birthday card for my daughter. Next, without being asked Lynn, went to the gift shop, bought the birthday card, helped me fill it out and mailed it to my daughter at her own (Lynn’s) expense. This action was one of the sweetest and kindest things anyone has done for me. She is so helpful and, in addition, she is very attentive to my medical needs and responds promptly with excellent follow through and she is pleasant and best of all genuine. As a fellow RN she is one of the best I have ever met in my 30 years of experience as an RN.
