Surgery can feel scary and stressful going in. I felt lucky to have Lynn make me feel well cared for and also distracted. She had an excellent bedside manner and attention to detail. Not only that, but she went above and beyond to track down answers to all my questions. And she placed the IV in a place that felt better for me. I'm sure she's busy but Lynn made me feel like I was the only priority she had this morning and it made all the difference.
