Lynn cared for my father from June 2011 until March 2012. During that time Lynn was such a wonderful life line between my father and Kaiser. Her knowledge and expertise of my father’s heart condition was exceptional! Lynn not only alerted my father of any changes to his medications and any other necessary changes in his condition or care, she also called me to make sure he understood these changes. You should be proud to have such an incredible nurse working at your facility. Lynn became a part of our family in the way she so lovingly cared for my father. Thank you Lynn!
