Dr. Shay's spirit is empowering, kind, and sweet. She is prompt, informative, and extremely organized in her teaching style. She provides continual resources above what I have experienced thus far. She is superior in her teaching style. Dr. Shay is a well-rounded individual, having served in the nursing profession for an extended period. Dr. Shay has been a source of comfort to my family on numerous occasions . She has extended herself beyond the call of duty. I commend Dr. Shay's approach to the learning environment. She is one in a million, and I am not sure I would have coped as well as I did without her guidance and presence.
