Nurse Lynn was an angel. She prepped me for a colonoscopy and knew I wasn't feeling too well. She explained everything and went over every detail and made me feel like I was the only patient she had. It is a rare occurrence to meet someone who is genuinely kind. Nurses have lost a lot of the Florence Nightingale Pledge because they are so busy and that pledge is that nurses must be able to show empathy even better than clergy. Lynn has shown caring much better than clergy. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that this nurse stopped for a few seconds to bless me with a prayer before she left my bedside before I went into my procedure. For a great definition of what a nurse is, I'd say Lynn is exactly what a nurse should be and I'm so glad Sacred Heart employs such a kind and caring nurse like she was to me and my husband.

Lynn is a very thoughtful and caring nurse. She explains everything thoroughly and is gentle. She asked if she could pray with me and I said, 'by all means'. This means so much to me. I pray she will continue in her mission as a caring nurse. All the staff in recovery were excellent. Thank you for having such a caring staff.
