Lynn came to us as interim DON. Lynn is very knowledgeable about regulations, chart reviews, scheduling, and maintaining an excellent work ethic at all times. She is very kind-hearted and respects all the staff with whom she works. I have learned so much from her and value her as a human being. I feel very privileged to have gotten to know her and work with her. Lynn has made a difference in the residents and staff's lives. I only wish that she would stay here until she retires. We are a better facility because of Lynn Wolters. She is very deserving of this award.
