I was visiting Northern California from Southern California. I had a bad cough and extreme chest congestion. I saw a physician and Lynne assisted him. The physician suggested a breathing treatment which Lynne administered with patience and kindness. I was also prescribed an inhaler and Lynne took the time to show me and my wife how to use it properly. They both did this during the lunch hour and did not try to rush me or my wife. They were both extremely helpful and should be recognized for their efforts.

Every shift Lynne comes to work she announces herself and says "Good morning ladies, if you need me I am close by." She is ALWAYS upbeat and very committed to her patients. Her willingness to be available no matter how busy she is, makes our job easier for walk in appointments. Lynne never complains about any part of her work day which makes her an absolute delight to work with.
