My dad went to the ER in the middle of the night, and the staff immediately took very good care of him. Everyone was amazing, but Lynne stood out. Lynne was one step ahead with his medications and informed my parents of the plan. Dad was intubated and stable, and Lynne came in and explained every drug, dose, symptom, equipment, etc. to me and my mom. She was very kind. We are very grateful.
