Lynne has been an amazing caregiver to our son who was born at 26 weeks and is currently in the NICU. Anytime I would call she goes above and beyond to ensure I'm doing just as well as our baby. Most nurses are busy running around and trying to get things done in time but she finds time to sit down and converse with me and answer all my questions and concerns. It really means a lot when the nurses make the time to help us get to know them so we feel at ease when we leave our babies with them. She has won me over. What stood out and made me so grateful was the day I called to check on E and before she started giving me the rundown, she says, "Before I even start doing his cares I dim the lights and put on music and talk to him so he doesn't get all anxious and disturbed." I love that she pays attention to his needs and caters to them. This made my whole heart happy! Thank you Lynne so much for loving on our baby and making sure he's well-nurtured! You are a rock star!!!!
