The patient and her husband had issues the night before and ended up being moved that evening. The patient said Lynne was the most wonderful kind nurse she ever had...took time to wash her feet and give her a back rub. On top of that, Lynne went up to the visit the patient the next evening just to make sure she was doing OK after the transfer. She really WOW'ed the patient and her family.
