Lynnette always had a smile and was cheerful and vibrant whenever she came into my room. She took time to visit and she was happy to help me. The floor I was on was very very busy during the time I was a patient but Lynnette, despite her heavy agenda was prompt in attending to my needs. She took time on the day I was dismissed to go through the instructions on the dismissal material. She instructed me on the care of my incision and showering. She made sure that I had enough pain medication to last until the following day by asking my doctors to call in for several pills at a Walgreens pharmacy which we picked up on the way home.
Lynnette's bedside manner will remain in my memories as a great reminder of my care at Good Samaritan Hospital.
