Lynsay is the supervisor of the Family Maternity Center and has been a nurse on the unit for a very long time. She has worked through covid relentlessly as our supervisor, trained our new manager (her own boss!), trying so hard to keep our unit safely staffed with nurses and support staff. Lynsay has worked an incredible amount of overtime to ensure we are safely staffed and jumps into scrubs and takes patients with the kindest of hearts. The passion and love Lynsay has for her work family are like none other. After a significant event on our floor recently, Lynsay went above and beyond to be present and support the staff most involved. Lynsay is such a gem and deserves to be recognized for all the hard work she puts into her career.
