Lynthia Byrd, BSN, RN, TCRN

Lynthia is the most kind and caring nurse to her patients. She goes out of her way to get her patients anything they need even if it involves a quick run to the store before a shift. Just in one weekend she bought a patient a head scarf to protect her natural hair and painted a patient’s nails because he wanted blue nail polish. She always makes sure her patient is clean and cared for even if she has to stay to chart. She helps all her coworkers even if she’s busy. She always tells her patients what she’s doing even if they are sedated. She is a fierce advocate for her patients and her staff. I could say so many more wonderful things because she does something remarkable every weekend.
