Lynzee spoke with the patient's family member to keep her abreast on her sister's care throughout the day. She helped to advocate for the patient and her family. She allowed the patient's daughter to say a few words over the phone. The family says that Lynzee reassured them that their loved one was in good hands. Unfortunately, the patient passed away, however, Lynzee notified the family about the passing of their loved one. Lynzee went the extra mile to offer her condolences and prayers for the patient and the family. Lynzee is described as loving, caring, and it is evident that she truly cares for her patients. Lynzee then put the patient's family in touch with a social worker because the passing of their family member was unexpected. The family of the patient would like to thank Lynzee and commend her for going above and beyond the call of duty. "She not only cared for my sister, she cared for me and my family and we are grateful for Lynzee. We wanted to share this experience even through this difficult time."
