I feel extremely happy and grateful to Nurse Lyric. Her care and professionalism were consistent during each of her shifts. She was the only nurse out of all the nurses who treated me during my stay in this hospital who always made sure my medications were given on time.
Compared to the other nurses, if my medication was scheduled for 2:00, the others might arrive 30 minutes to an hour late, causing my pain and blood pressure to become unbalanced. With Lyric, that never happened.
She was always attentive, asked for my pain medication, and kept excellent control of my pain management. To me, she is a super nurse. Through her actions and attitude, she shows the true meaning of love for others.
In my opinion, she deserves to be recognized because of her care and professionalism. I highly recommend this hospital and Orlando Health. Words fall short when trying to express how satisfied and grateful I feel.
