One patient was extremely happy about the care she received while she was hospitalized and under the care of nurse Angelica.
The daughter of the patient said that her mother told them how Angelica took care of her and gave her everything that she needed when she was hospitalized. The daughter and other family members are all having commitments and they are not able to be with the patient in the hospital, so they were so impressed with Angelica’s presence because she made sure that her mother is comfortable in talking to her about what and how she feels. Angelica took her time to be with her mother in those times when the family is not available to be with her. For the family of the patient, this signifies great compassion on the part of the nurse.
