Our nurse truly embodied the IMC values in a human, meaningful way. She was responsible, attentive, and always on top of every detail, carefully monitoring the patient and responding quickly whenever needed. Her teamwork with the medical staff was smooth and reassuring, but what stood out most was her mercy—she was kind, compassionate, and consistently brought comfort during difficult moments.

One moment that meant a great deal was when she joined a call while the patient spoke with his family, reassuring them through her presence that he was in good hands. It showed genuine care beyond routine duties.

Thanks to her dedication, the patient is now improving significantly and will soon leave the hospital to return to enjoying his life again. She made a real difference and truly deserves recognition.
