She was my nurse since the beginning. She took time to show me the room, how to operate the bed, and checked if I had eaten. It was my third time to be at a medical hospital, and for the first time, the nurse explained the bed to me! From there, every interaction was always kind and real, she took excellent care of me, always made efforts to create small conversations, asking if I needed anything else, checking if I ate, updating if I was feeling better, had any fever or so on. She was delicate in the way she handled herself, she was gentle in waking me up or during changing of my plasters. Even when she was off, she would call the other nurses on the ward to check on me, and today, she came by to see me even when I was not on her allocated patient list. I feel blessed to have her as my nurse, and I wish all your nurses displayed such genuine care and concern for their patients.
