Nurse Patricia Anista is your reliable and approachable bedside nurse. She is empathetic and jolly, and you will never get bored with her. My mom experienced this firsthand.
My mom is currently in a tracheostomy and is unable to talk, and when she says "Gusto ko yan" means there is something in her service. She told me that she trusts her. She always ensures she will motivate my mom to move every time she has rehab.
She is empathetic, has a soft tone, and answers all our queries without hesitation. I usually follow up all the results and I never felt her being annoyed. Truly, patient and relative experience, nurse Pat will not and did not hesitate to help and assist.
