From the moment we arrived, Nurse Ma Theresa stood out with her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She immediately made us feel at ease, greeting us with a warm smile and taking the time to explain every step of the procedure.

Despite the busy ER environment, she never rushed and ensured my husband was comfortable. As the doctor treated him, Nurse Ma Theresa stayed by his side, engaging him in lighthearted conversation to distract him from any discomfort. Her empathy extended beyond medical care—she reassured me as well, providing clear aftercare instructions and even writing them down with a personal touch. She truly made a difference in our experience, and we are grateful for her exceptional care.
