I would like to nominate Mac because of his never-ending support of Digital Nursing Improvements work and how amazing Mac has been during the rollout of digital assessments and care plans on the wards. This doesn’t just come from me, the staff from the pilot wards who completed an anonymous survey said things like “We couldn’t have done it without Mac”. Mac goes out of his way to make sure the nurses have the support they need when we roll out new functionality. He is always there providing at-the-elbow support to Nurses, CSWs, and the ward leaders. He also has great ideas on how we can do things differently and many suggestions on things we could implement and improve. Along with all of this, he is an absolute pleasure to work with, always smiling and positive, his enthusiasm is utterly infectious! Mac cares deeply about the staff and the patients they care for and wants to do whatever he can to improve patient and staff experience. Thank you Mac and well done!
