Macey Robinson, RN

When my son had a mouth injury and wasn’t able to be seen at this urgent care, we had to go to the main ER. We came back a couple of weeks later for something else, and Macey remembered us and started telling my son how she felt bad that she couldn’t help him and knew he was in a lot of pain. Then she had asked us how things were going with his mouth.

She then began sharing a personal matter with him that seemed to put him at ease because, during this period, my son was not himself.  I really appreciate how she went above and beyond to make my son feel better. She is always upbeat and cheerful. When we have to come here, I always hope to get Macey!
