Macie was kind, punctual, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I had questions after a consulting specialist spoke to me and Macie was able to clear up my concerns and answer all questions I had. She told me when she would be leaving and what shift she would be working the next day. This made me feel like I had someone I could depend on. Thanks Macie, for including my spouse in my healthcare decisions, her actions allowed us to make informed decisions. Macie stopped in my room often, not just whenever I needed meds. She got to know us as a family, not just me as a patient.
