I went into labor with my daughter. Throughout my pregnancy and through labor, my experience was not one that you hear pregnant women brag about. However, having McKenna as a nurse on night 1 of labor was nothing short of amazing. McKenna is the type of nurse you can only dream of having going through an unmedicated labor. The way she advocated for me and my baby was everything my family and I needed at that time. She is 100% the reason I made it through the night and into the next morning to deliver my baby. We were fortunate enough to get to have her be our nurse a second time during our stay at the hospital, and the sigh of relief we let out seeing her walk into our room was almost comical.

McKenna, thank you for being what every nurse should be! We have bragged about you every single day since leaving the hospital and can't thank you enough for making our experience a little easier!
