My husband came into the Emergency Department. He was in kidney failure. That visit was an emotional roller coaster ride for us. Mackensie explained every test and the result of every test. Each procedure that was performed on him was explained very well. She worked diligently to figure out the problem and always made us feel at ease working until she found solutions. In my opinion, this is the epitome of caring, compassion, and intelligence. It was because of her tireless effort that day that helped my husband to avoid dialysis. Mackensie Touvelle went above and beyond the call of duty.
