Mackenzi, RN with almost four years of experience, a relief charge and nurse ladder recipient is a leader and problem fixer. Mackenzi found a problem with the sharp’s containers overflowing and took it upon herself on a weekend to reach out to EVS and the vendor to get the problem resolved. Mackenzi chose to solve the problem through good communication, and investigation and kept the patients safe.
